A Party In The Sky

Once I had settled into my role at Purfek Storm Group, I wasted no time in making plans to bring my own creative project to the company. I was determined to make Bud and Roach a part of this new chapter in my life. I hung a large banner across the wall of my office, declaring to everyone who passed by that this was where the show that started it all would now be based. As I sat behind my desk, surrounded by the trinkets and memorabilia that adorned the space, I couldn’t help but feel that this was it. I had made it. I was finally in the heart of the entertainment industry, surrounded by the people who could make my dreams a reality. But despite my excitement, there was still a nagging feeling of uncertainty at the back of my mind. It was a feeling that I had become all too familiar with over the years. A feeling that, no matter how much success I achieved, would never quite go away. That feeling only intensified as I made my way to Nuck’s birthday party that evening. The venue was exclusive, with a glass ceiling that looked out onto the twinkling lights of the city. As I sipped on my drink, the strong taste of liquor burning my throat, I couldn’t help but wonder where my life was taking me. I had come so far, but there was still so much I wanted to achieve. So much I wanted to create. The city lights seemed to mock me, reminding me of how small I really was in the grand scheme of things. But as the night wore on, and the drinks continued to flow, those doubts slowly faded away. I was surrounded by my friends, my colleagues, my fellow dreamers. And I knew that, no matter what challenges lay ahead, I had the talent, the drive, and the determination to overcome them.
