The N.W.O. Promo

The moment I hit “enter” on my Craigslist search for studio spaces, I could feel the electricity coursing through my veins. I was a man on a mission, determined to find the perfect location for the revival of the Bud and Roach Show. I scrolled through the listings at lightning speed, looking for anything that seemed like it could use my unique skillset. I knew I had to act fast if I wanted to secure a space that allowed us the freedom to smoke live on the air, just like we used to do in our early days on Hart Street. I stumbled upon a listing that seemed almost too good to be true. It was a spacious studio, filled with potential, and it was just waiting for someone like me to bring it to life. With my heart racing, I reached out to the owner to propose an exchange: my expertise and services for access to the studio. To my delight, they agreed almost immediately. As I walked into the studio for the first time, I was overwhelmed with a sense of excitement and gratitude. This was it – the place where the Bud and Roach Show would rise from the ashes and reclaim its rightful place in the world of entertainment. My wife Brenna, ever the supportive partner, was there to film our promotional video. Inspired by our mutual love for wrestling, we decided to pay homage to the classic NWO promos of WCW. In black and white, Alonzo, Cheez, and I channeled our inner Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Hulk Hogan, jumping around the room and making bold declarations about our inevitable success. As we filmed, I could feel the passion and camaraderie between us growing stronger. It was like being back in the ring, putting on a show for the world and feeding off the energy of the crowd. In that room, surrounded by the people I loved and trusted the most, I felt an indescribable sense of happiness and fulfillment. When the filming was complete, we gathered around the screen to watch our masterpiece. As the promo played, I couldn’t help but marvel at how seamlessly our personalities and love for wrestling had translated into this powerful visual statement. It was as if we had stepped back in time and become the larger-than-life characters we had grown up idolizing. With the promo edit finished, we knew that the return of the Bud and Roach Show was imminent. It was time to step back into the spotlight.
